I accidently found these and fell in love. Live in an old wooden house with built in.winter air conditioning. Since I am also.cold natured these caps have been a warm and peaceful sleeping solution. They fit and last forever. Actual.gave 2 to my Dad once he was bedbound with cancer and moved to an apartment. He wore them every night to keep the chill off. We both used same size and are comfortable!! Love them. Virginia C.
